West Lake Landfill Cleanup A "Go"

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Environmental Protection Agency has released a proposal to partially remove the radioactive waste at the West Lake Landfill. The landfill contains waste linked to the Manhattan atomic bomb project. The partial removal, called "excavation plus," is expected to take five years to implement.
