New Photo ID Law Has First Test

(St. Louis, MO) -- St Louis voters are getting their first taste of the new Photo ID voting law as they cast their ballots for the 28th Ward alderman’s seat vacated by St Louis mayor Lyda Krewson. Many voters left their ID’s at home to test a system some call unfair and prejudicial.
