Gas Prices On the Rise, Post-Harvey

(St. Louis, MO) -- Gas prices are up in St Louis in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.  The current average price of a gallon of regular is up almost 25 cents from two days ago.  At least two major pipelines that supply the southern United States have slowed down because of the flooding in Texas.
