(Undated) -- Missouri has a date set for the execution of a man who killed a service station attendant two decades ago. Leon Taylor will be put to death on September 10th. Taylor was convicted for the 1994 murder of Robert Newton in Independence, and the attempted murder of Newton's eight-year-old stepdaughter.
