Centene To Build New Claims Center In Ferguson

(Ferguson, MO) -- A Fortune 500 managed care company has selected Ferguson as the site of its new claims processing facility. Centene Corporation will bring about 200 jobs to the city. The new center will process claims from its Missouri-based State Health Plan, along with overflow from its contracts in other states. The location for the center hasn't been selected and plans to open in 2015. Centene officials said it's looking at multiple sites on about three acres.
