Bi-State To Be Investigated, Belmar Not Resigning

(St. Louis, MO) -- St Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar says there is going to be an investigation into the claims made by Bi-State that St Louis County officers did not do their duty while on security patrol on the MetroLink.
