App Launched Aimed At Stopping Bullies

(Webster Groves, MO)  --  A Webster Groves man has created an app designed to address bullying.  Brian Rohlfing created a program called "Stop Harassing Me Now."  The app records phone calls, texts and photos sent from numbers that have been flagged as possible abusers.  They are stored in a cloud for two years.  The app also plays a recording to let callers know they are being recorded.
