GOP's Emmer Wins MN Congressional Primary

(Undated) -- It appears that Tom Emmer has the inside track at succeeding retiring Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachman. Emmer won the Republican primary Tuesday, easily beating Rhonda Sivaraja . Emmer is a former state Representative who lost the governor's race four years ago to current Governor Mark Dayton. Emmer's opponent in November will be Democrat Joe Perske.
