Man On Florida Beach Killed During Plane's Emergency Landing

(Venice, FL) -- The NTSB is on its way to investigate the crash-landing of a single-engine plane that killed a man as he walked on a Florida beach. Zach Arseneaux witnessed the plane's emergency landing on Caspersen Beach in Venice on Sunday afternoon. The pilot and his passenger were not injured. The man was walking on the shore with his daughter, who was flown to a hospital in critical condition.
