(Undated) -- Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov agree that a ceasefire must happen soon in eastern Ukraine. The State Department says the two spoke by phone yesterday but Kerry did not accept Lavrov's denial that Russian heavy weapons are being used in the conflict.
