Jodi Arias Files Continuance

(Phoenix, AZ) -- Convicted Arizona murderer Jodi Arias is asking for a continuance in her sentencing trial in Phoenix.
Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery says his office must proceed cautiously because Arias is representing herself. He says his office must make its case while keeping Arias' rights in mind. Arias was found guilty of murdering Travis Alexander in 2008 and is facing the death penalty.
