Hillary Clinton On Foreign Diplomacy

(Washington, DC) -- Hillary Clinton claims she knew the "reset" button wouldn't work. In an interview on CNN's "GPS," the former First Lady says she was always skeptical of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Clinton says she doesn't think Putin had ever given up on trying to revive Russia as a major player on the world stage. She says the U.S. and Europe hoped for the best from Putin, but those hopes have been "disabused."
