(Arlington, VA) -- Army Major General Harold Greene will be buried today with full honors at Arlington National Cemetery. Greene was shot and killed last week in Afghanistan during an insider attack. He became the first U.S. general to be killed in combat since the Vietnam War. A number of U.S. officials will be in attendance at today's funeral, along with Greene's family from Falls Church. Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe has ordered all state flags fly at half-staff today in honor of Greene. Services are scheduled to begin at 3 pm Eastern.
