Army To Question Bergdahl Wednesday

(San Antonio, TX) -- The military is about to get some answers from Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl. His lawyer says Bergdahl will be questioned Wednesday about the circumstances of his disappearance in Afghanistan and capture by Taliban militants in 2009. Bergdahl was held captive for five years before being released in May as part of a controversial prisoner exchange. Bergdahl will be questioned by an investigating officer at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, where he's been stationed for the past few weeks.

Soldiers who served with Bergdahl say he deserted from his combat post before he was captured. Bergdahl's lawyer says his client is "looking forward to having all of this over and done with" and moving on to the next chapter of his life.
