American Killed In Shoot-Down Of Malaysian Jet

(Undated) -- At least one American is among the nearly 300 people killed in Thursday's horrific Malaysia Airlines jet crash. President Obama confirmed the casualty in a statement from the White House. Quinn Lucas Schansman had dual U.S. and Dutch citizenship. A relative tells NBC News Schansman was born in New York City, but raised mostly in the Netherlands. A Facebook page believed to be Schansman's says he was a student at a business school in Amsterdam.
