La Russa Inducted Into Hall Of Fame

(Cooperstown, NY) -- Former St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony La Russa has been inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame. La Russa won three World Series rings, one with Oakland in 1989 and two as Cardinal's skipper in 2006 and 2011. The Hall of Famer's managerial career began with the White Sox in 1979. He was indicted yesterday along side slugger Frank Thomas, pitching greats Greg Maddux and Tom Glavine and fellow managers Joe Torre and Bobby Cox.
