Deputy Shooting Victim's Autopsy Remains Private

(Covington, KY) -- It may be several weeks before we know more about the death of a Covington woman who was shot and killed by a Boone County sheriff's deputy. The county coroner says releasing Samantha Ramsey's autopsy report would damage the investigation. Ramsey was killed in April when she was shot while leaving a field party. The deputy says he shot Ramsey after she hit him with the car, but witnesses say he jumped on the hood and opened fire.
