City Council OKs Water Rate Hike

(Cincinnati, OH) -- Cincinnati residents will be paying more for their water service next year. City Council voted yesterday to boost water rates by four-percent on January First. It's a smaller increase than proposed by city administrators, but supporters say it'll fund water system improvements without causing sticker shock for residents.
