Kerry Urges Russia To Stop Flow Of Weapons Into Ukraine

(Undated) -- Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov agree that a ceasefire must happen soon in eastern Ukraine. The State Department says the two spoke by phone today but Kerry did not accept Lavrov's denial that Russian heavy weapons are being used in the conflict. Kerry urged Lavrov to "stop the flow of heavy weapons and rocket and artillery fire from Russia into Ukraine." Moscow has denied any involvement in the conflict.
