Iraq Strikes Back Against Militants In Mosul

(Arbil, Iraq) -- Iraqi forces are fighting back against an insurgent uprising. Iraqi state TV showed video today of Iraqi bombers hammering insurgent positions in and around the city of Mosul in northern Iraq. That city was overrun by Sunni insurgents earlier this week. Those militants have also taken over Tikrit and are moving towards Baghdad. Militants actually staged a parade of U.S. Humvees in Mosul seized from the Iraqi army.
