Pain Relievers Effective Against Breast Cancer Recurrence

(Undated) -- A new study says aspirin and ibuprofen can help prevent breast cancer recurrence. Researchers say that over-the-counter pain relievers are especially effective in reducing recurrences of breast cancer among overweight and obese post-menopausal women. The study was conducted by the University of Texas at Austin and is published in the latest edition of "Cancer Research."
