Miley Cyrus' VMA Guest Reports To Oregon Jail

(Dallas, OR) -- The young homeless man who accepted an MTV Video Music Award for Miley Cyrus is out of jail after giving himself up to authorities in Oregon. Jesse Helt turned himself in Thursday night at the Polk County jail, about an hour south of Portland. He was wanted for violating probation for burglary. Helt posted bond and was released less an hour after turning himself in. On Sunday night's VMA telecast, Helt delivered an impassioned speech about surviving in homeless shelters.
