Marlon Wayans Sued For Comparing Actor To "Family Guy" Character

(Undated) -- Marlon Wayans is facing a lawsuit for poking fun at the similarities between an actor and a cartoon character. According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, actor Pierre Daniel is suing Wayans after he took to social media to joke that Daniel looked like the "Family Guy" character Cleveland Brown. Wayans posted pictures of the two side-by-side and had some colorful commentary on them. Daniel believes Wayans' jokes constituted harassment and were racially motivated. Daniel claims the incident has caused him "shock, pain, discomfort and/or anxiety." He's asking for unspecified damages.
