Joe Biden Congratulates Fellow "Veep" Julia Louis-Dreyfus

(Undated) -- Vice President Joe Biden is congratulating the nation's other "Veep," Julia Louis-Dreyfus. The actress won her third consecutive Emmy Monday night for playing Selina Meyer on the acclaimed HBO comedy. Biden sent his best via Twitter, calling Louis-Dreyfus "a fellow Veep with a great sense of humor, and a good friend." Julia thanked him with a tweet of her own, but explained that she's actually the president now. Biden and Louis-Dreyfus have formed a relationship since "Veep" premiered in 2012. They recorded a video spoof together earlier this year for the White House Correspondent's Dinner.
