Cee Lo Green Pleads No Contest In Felony Drug Case

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Singer Cee Lo Green is dodging jail time in Los Angeles over accusations he gave Ecstasy to a woman at a restaurant. Green pled no contest today to felony charges and was immediately sentenced to three years probation and 360 hours of community service. The entertainer's attorney said Green was pleading no contest, but maintains his innocence in the case. Prosecutors have claimed Green gave Ecstasy to a 33-year-old woman while the pair ate at a restaurant last July. They declined to file a charge of rape against Green, saying there wasn't enough evidence to support that allegation.
