Whole Wheat Pancakes W/ 25 Grams of Whole Wheat Per Serving

A slight variation on our 'secret' recipe for the best tasting pancakes anywhere. Each serving contains 25 grams of whole wheat.

Ingredients
1 cup Grass Farms & Foods Whole Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 fresh egg from Grass Farms, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 drops of vanilla extract

Mix the dry ingredients together first.  Combine the dry ingredients with the eggs, oil and milk and beat until mixed. Pour batter (1/4 cup per pancakes) onto nonstick heated griddle Cook until pancakes are golden brown on each side.
