ATF and Indy Bound

Jon Stewart, funny guy, but he can get under my nerves with his veiled liberalism. He tries to act like he is so moderate, but he isn’t. I mean I never sit around telling people that I am not conservative. Please note that if you talk to me about politics, you are probably going to hear conservative talking points coming out of my mouth. Anywho, Jon Stewart can sometimes get it, and make it humorous. Jamie played this piece where even Stewart admits we really should just try enforcing the gun laws we have, and that without a full time Director to ATF, it really doesn’t show that you are serious about curbing the “gun problem” as it’s been deemed. Hopefully this can give you a little humor to start off the weekend.
On another note, you may have heard Jamie mention that I am leaving the show. My husband got a promotion with his job, which means we are moving to Indianapolis. I am so excited for my husband and the opportunity this promotion is for him and our expanding family. I am however sad that I will be leaving the show. Working on Allman in the AM has been my dream job, and I have learned a ton in this past year and a half. This has been one of the greatest opportunities in my life and I have gotten the privilege every day to wake up and work with amazing professionals who have pushed me to be better and taught me a lot. We are training Tricia, who will be taking over at the helm, so I know I am leaving the show in capable hands. I will miss you all, but know that with the dedication of Jamie and everyone else here this show will continue to rock it!
