If I Were Sitting at Your Kitchen Table...

Bah bidi bah bah bah baaahh: Breaking News: President Obama has released a new ad for us all to feast on today.  I’ve decided that I am going to take a page from his book from now on; I am just going to throw out some random ideas, but never explain how we are going to actually achieve them.  I will make a plan with no blue print to it.  He just randomly spouts off that he is going to make 1 million new manufacturing jobs, cut our dependence on foreign oil, and hire thousands of new teachers.  That all sounds wonderful, but how?  By asking the rich to pay more, because that isn’t actually going to create any jobs anywhere, which means less money in tax revenue, so there go the teachers.  Plus he wants to make our energy independence based on green energy, let’s ask Solyndra how that’s working out for us.  This man is nothing but an empty suit.  These are all of the same ideas he’s had that he hasn’t done in the last four years.  Plus he wants us to be an economic patriot, which I take to mean we all pay our fair share.  I can tell you I already pay what I think is my fair share.  How about the President and Congress stop spending so much and actually start creating some real jobs?

If that ad didn’t do it for you, I really think that Jamie’s interpretation was much better.  He played this on the show today, and I really think giving it a lesson will improve your attitude towards this ad.
