Let's start the new year of blogs by updating info on a video we posted a week or so ago of a golden eagle trying to fly off with a BABY. It's gotten millions of hits on YouTube but it turns out it's FAKE, and two students at a digital animation school in Montreal put it together.  

This actually isn't the first time students at the school have pulled a fast one on YouTubers.  It was part of an annual project the school calls its, quote, "Hoax the Internet Exam."  (We can probably assume these guys got an A.)  

Last year, a student uploaded footage of a penguin walking around the city that allegedly escaped from the Montreal zoo.  But it wasn't NEARLY as convincing as the eagle video is.

Luckily there's also a funny, doctored version of the eagle video that shows one of the cartoon characters from "Angry Birds" attacking the kid. Enjoy!

It's 2013 and one thing I'm excited about is all the new films set to be released this year.

2012 was a pretty decent year for flicks.

Someone took clips from the trailers of every major motion picture that came out . . . and edited them all together into one epic trailer called "2012 Movie Trailer Mashup."
