It seems like we can’t enjoy the holiday season without hearing the words WAR ON CHRISTMAS. Noted libertarian (and, um, magician) Penn Jillette says that’s just silly.

On yesterday’s blog we have video of the anti-gun control editorial BOB COSTAS did during halftime of the "Sunday Night Football" game. (He was quoting a sports writer named Jason Whitlock, who was commenting on the JOVAN BELCHER murder-suicide tragedy).

Well, the comments lit a fire under CHARLIE DANIELS . . . who took to his Twitter page yesterday with a response. Charlie wrote, quote, "If Bob Costas is really for gun control he should start by demanding OBAMA to lift his executive privilege order on fast and furious." (Charlie is referring to Operation Fast and Furious . . . where ATF agents purposely allowed licensed arms dealers to sell weapons to illegal buyers, hoping to track the guns to Mexican drug cartels.)

Quick update on the Jovan Belcher story…There's been talk that the fight Belcher had with his girlfriend Saturday morning had to do with the fact that she didn't come home right away after a TREY SONGZ concert. But now sources say HE was out partying that night with another woman. I’m sure there will be many more updates in the days to come.

Today is Tuesday, which means it’s PARANORMAL TUESDAY, and Dr. Michael Lynch will join us in studio. I think we might have to ask him about UNICORNS. You see, North Korea claims it's discovered UNICORNS. Now . . . so far, they aren't claiming that unicorns are running around in their gorgeous, utopian country.

But they DO say scientists have found evidence that at least one key unicorn from Korean history lived there. In their state-run newspaper, they say archeologists found the lair that was once home to the unicorn ridden by an ancient Korean King named Tongmyong.

Beyond proving that unicorns exist, they say it ALSO proves that the REAL center of ancient Korea was in North Korea, not South Korea.
