TITANIC controvery solved, and Stacey Dash gave me a virus

Clueless star STACEY DASH got BLASTED by idiotic haters for Tweeting her support of MITT ROMNEY. She said, quote, "Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future" . . . and posted a sexy picture of herself with an American flag in the background for good measure.

As you may know, Stacey is black (at least that's how she's most identified. She is also of Mexican and Barbadian heritage) and there are plenty of people out there who believe that if you're a person of color and you support a Republican, you're some kind of sellout.

Those people came out in DROVES to attack Stacey in VERY IGNORANT fashion. One person called her an "indoor slave" . . . and another accused her of, quote, "thinking she's a white woman since her 'Clueless' days." Another follower said, quote, "You're an unemployed black woman endorsing Mitt Romney. You're voting against yourself thrice. You poor beautiful idiot."

Despite all that garbage, Stacey Tweeted, quote, "My humble opinion . . . EVERYONE is entitled to one." Then she re-Tweeted this from Romney's Twitter account . . . quote, "Women have had enough of Barack Obama’s disappointment. We need new leadership to get our economy growing again."

Okay people . . . do I really have to explain how IGNORANT this is? You can insult people for their political opinions all day long. It's the American Way, right? But why bring RACE into it?

Sorry, Obama supporters . . . you don't get ALL the black people. Just like Romney doesn't get all the white people. DEAL WITH IT.

Also, enjoy the pics of Ms. Dash on today’s blog. Finding them gave my work computer a VIRUS. I’m not kidding. You’re welcome.

A long-standing issue on the DGS (and the world at large) concerns the final scenes of James Cameron’s Titanic. You may remember at the end LEONARDO DICAPRIO'S Jack saves KATE WINSLET'S Rose by letting HER sit on the busted plank and wait for help while he floats next to her in the cold ocean . . . and eventually dies.

But people have pointed out that there was plenty of room on that plank for both Rose AND Jack. So he could have just jumped on there with her, and Rose's heart wouldn't have had to go on alone.

A guy and a girl even proved it quite hilariously by putting an outline of the plank on the ground, and showing how many different ways they could comfortably fit within that outline (pic on today’s blog).

Cameron himself said it was an issue with ‘buoyancy;’ that Jack and Rose would have been to heavy for the door. Now the Myth Busters have settled this controversy once and for all:

Check out the pic on today's blog of some Tweets of kids who just realized Titanic is based on a true story. Fun stuff.

Titanic hit Blu-ray in 3D recently.

It took 60 weeks to convert the film to 3D. Actually, the process only took a week. It took technicians the first 59 weeks to pull away from Leonardo DiCaprio's mesmerizing eyes.
