In May of last year an arsonist lit up South Buffalo’s Mackinaw Street by lighting the home of a recent African immigrant on fire.
So when does a story about arson cease being a story about arson?
When a man-on-the-street makes comments such as these:
The unnamed resident of South Buffalo’s comments have caused a firestorm (no pun intended) of controversy, with most of the internet comments I’ve read 100% agreeing with him.
We have a DGS text poll open now about this issue and we want you to participate.
Do you agree with him?
Text ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to 90739 – voting will stay open until tomorrow’s blog entry is posted (at 3pm).
In addition to discussing this topic today, we’ll have Liquor, Guns, and Ammo at 5pm and Ask Julia at 6pm.
Have something YOU'D like to Ask Julia? Please send in your questions for her HERE.
And don’t forget one of our most popular segments, 5 Questions, each day at 6:35pm.
We always need more crazy / serious / goofy / sexy questions, so send some to us HERE.
We will end the show today as we have been all week, with Mark Klose reading from 50 Shades of Grey.
I think Klose may have a future in steamy audio books.
