The Secret Service is investigating Ted Nugent's comments about Obama's re-election? Aren't they busy with hookers and blow?

The day after he was on the DGS, Ted Nugent said the following at the NRA convention that was in town: "If Obama becomes the President in November again, by this time next year I will either be dead or in jail." See the full clip here:

This has caused the Secret Service to take notice, even though Uncle Ted is known for bon monts like this. I understand why they have to look into this, I do, but I doubt the Nuge will face any penalty for this one.
