It's a huge honkin' slice of Americana. Grab a corn dog, a lemonade, and you're all set.   Last night I had the opportunity to be a celebrity judge for the 15th annual Jersey County Fair in Illinois. I've never done anything like it before and it was a great deal of fun.   Being behind the scenes at one of these shindigs is a trip. It was me, a few other radio jacks, and some Rams Cheerleaders. You see my finished basement flooded last week, and ruined the furniture, bookshelves, and other items I had down there. Since then my wife and I have been dealing with contractors, insurance adjusters, and clean up crews. Hopefully we'll see some renovation soon that will restore our basement, if not our belongings. The toughest, most major loss was my comic book collection, some 400+ books that I've spent at least 25 years building. (I'm 32.)
