As a parent, I am very involved. I will be equiping my children with bulletproof backpacks and will train them on how to defend themselves with various techniques including how to get distance, how to get out through windows or walls of a structure and not become sitting ducks, and exactly how to determine cover vs concealment against bullets. They will be trained how to use various firearms so that they can recognize a jammed weapon or any empty weapon or an opportunistic weapon of defense. Her comment about "every child's life is valuable; there is not any child who's life has a greater value than any other child...." is so true. Thus, I will be fully armed with my weapons at all times to protect my children just as the president protects his children with weapons. How exactly is this bill going to prevent any of the criminals from doing whtever they wish even if we disclose our weapons. Her argument is that if my kid is bullied, then my kid may come home and get a gun to take care of business. How about we just punish the BULLY and not the one getting bullied? How on earth do these people get elected?
